Caliber Gym Supply ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below. This policy is designed to be transparent and compliant with Google Merchant Center guidelines.  

1. 30-Day Return Guarantee

  • We offer a 30-day return guarantee on most of our products.
  • You may return eligible products within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.  
  • Certain items may be excluded from this policy. These exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page. Examples of exclusions may include:
    • [ personalized items, hygiene products, clearance items].
     

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at admin@calibergym.com within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details.
  • Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.  
  • Package the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.  
  • Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.  
  • Ship the package to the return address provided by our customer service team.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective product, incorrect item shipped).  

3. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within  5-7 business days   
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired exchange item is unavailable, we will issue a refund.  
  • If the product is returned damaged, or missing parts, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount accordingly.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs.  
  • Please provide photos of the damaged or defective item and its packaging.
