Inspired by a device originally developed by Bruce Lee to fine-tune his fighting techniques, The Sparring Arm™ allows anyone to train in realistic sparring situations. Develops full-speed timing and footwork. The Sparring Arm™ can accommodate most types of boxing gloves and mitts (not included). The integrated handle allows for carrying and also provides extra support to brace against strikes. The Sparring Arm™ is designed to take light to medium strikes.
