DAMAGED AND SHORTAGES

It is your responsibility to identify damaged or lost merchandise occurring from damaged packages upon delivery. Notation of damaged or lost packages must be made at time of delivery. Any shortage or damaged merchandise must be reported to our office within 2 business days of receipt

MERCHANDISE RETURNS

Please email us  to receive a Return Authorization Number prior to returning any merchandise. The Return Authorization Number must appear on your shipping label for us to credit your account quickly and properly. Exercise Equipment, Health and Wellness Products:
 30 day return policy.   Order refusals are considered the same as a return order and is subject to our return policy.  Fees for shipping is not included.  Please call before sending back for an RMA number.  Unauthorized returns without an RMA number may not be refunded or will incur additional fees such as call tags, ARS labels to recover merchandise.  All items returned including imported products must be shipped to the address designated...no exceptions.   Returns sent to an incorrect location will not be refunded and you will be responsible for recovery of your item.  All fitness equipment is warrantied parts and labor under their respective manufacturers and Caliber Gym Supply will process and handle all claims and issues on your behalf.  If you have any questions regarding length of warranty, product dimensions, or insurance inquiries please feel free to contact us.     Custom order cancellations are subject to our return policy not exceeding 20% however shipping expenses will be refunded in full

SHIPPING and HANDLING CHARGES FOR SPORTS AND SAFETY PRODUCTS

Shipping & Handling charges are 17% of order value on all small package (ground only) and freight shipments to the 48 contiguous states. There is a minimum shipping charge of $8.95. Shipments outside the 48 contiguous states (Alaska, Hawaii & International), and express shipments please call for shipping charges.

LOADING DOCK

If no loading dock is available and your shipment requires (or you requested) a lift gate truck, additional charges will apply.

INSIDE DELIVERY

Inside Delivery requires an additional charge. If your order requires additional charges, you will be contacted.

All other orders must be prepaid by credit card, money order, wire transfer, Paypal, or check in U.S. Funds. We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, & Discover. No COD orders please.

DUPLICATE ORDERS

Confirming orders not clearly marked "confirmation only" may be duplicated, in which case you will be responsible for all shipping charges.

PRICES

Because our vendors occasionally make significant price increases during the life of our catalog, we must reserve the right to change our prices without notice. We prefer not to make price changes, and whenever possible, we will absorb small increases from manufacturers. If there is a large increase, we will notify you before filling your order. In the rare event of a typographical error, we reserve the right to charge you the correct price. In such instances, we will notify you before completing your order to give you the option to cancel or accept the higher price.

CUSTOMER ADVISORY AND WARNING

Participation in physical education, body conditioning, athletics, recreational and related activities involve varying degrees of accidental injury risks, up to and including those with life threatening potential. Under no circumstances should equipment used for these aforementioned activities be altered, tampered with, or used when damaged. Such equipment should NEVER be used without direct adult supervision and only after examination for damage, wear, proper function and general stability, nor should it be employed for any activity other than that for which it was specifically intended. Such equipment should NEVER be set-up, or moved by children. Participants should always know or be made specifically aware of the risks involved in the activity they are participating in as well as their own physical limitations and that of the equipment being used.
